Do I need to download an app?
No. Open Tailojix in your browser on a phone, tablet or computer. You can add an icon to your phone’s Home Screen for easy access.
What information can someone see when they scan my pet’s QR tag?
You choose which contact, identifying and care details appear on the public profile. A finder does not need a Tailojix account to open it.
What happens if I stop using Plus?
Your existing pet records stay saved. Free limits and upgrade prompts apply to new additions and Plus features. You can cancel future renewal through subscription management.
Can I keep the original vet document?
Yes. You can download your uploaded original. Plus can suggest information from a document for you to review before saving.
