Information we use

We store information you provide to manage your household and pets, including account and contact details, pet profiles, care records, documents, supplies, sharing preferences, and alert settings. We also record QR scan and found-pet events. A finder’s location is recorded only when the finder chooses to share it.

How information is used and shared

We use this information to provide Tailojix, maintain account access, display care records, and deliver alerts you request. Information selected in your QR privacy settings is visible to people who open the pet’s public QR link. People you authorize for household sharing can access the information allowed by your sharing permissions.

Cloudflare processes hosting and application data. Twilio processes mobile numbers and message content to deliver requested texts. An email delivery provider may process account-related emails. These service providers process information to operate the service.

Launch email updates

If you sign up for launch updates, we store your email address, signup time and consent to send Tailojix launch news and availability updates. This does not create a Tailojix account. Email addresses are not verified by this signup form. You can withdraw consent and request removal by emailing hello@petpasshome.com. We use a temporary hash of your network address to limit automated signup abuse.

Mobile information and consent

We do not sell mobile numbers. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from other information-sharing categories and will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Your choices

SMS alerts are optional. You can disable them in Owner Information or text alert settings, or reply STOP to stop texts. Review QR privacy and household sharing settings to control what others can see. You can edit records and delete pets in your account. Some records may remain in operational logs or backups after removal.

Storage and questions

Tailojix stores information on your device and in its hosted service. Keep your login secure and use shared access only with people you trust. For help with SMS preferences, visit SMS help. We retain account data to provide the service and consent records to document your messaging choices.
