Tailojix text alerts notify you about QR tag scans, found-pet reports, and optional supply reorder reminders for Plus households. Tailojix is operated by Margaret Mack.

Supply reorder reminders

Enable these separately in Owner Information, save your mobile number and time zone, and consent to reorder texts. Newly low items are grouped into at most one text per day around 9 AM in your chosen time zone. An item is not reminded again until you record a restock. Ordered items and undated estimates are skipped. Links require sign-in to the owning household.

QR and reorder texts share 30 SMS attempts per household per month, including failed attempts. In-app reminders remain available. Message and data rates may apply. You can use the saved settings button to check and send newly due reminders now; this sends a real text and follows the same limits.

Stop texts

Reply STOP to a Tailojix text, or sign in and disable each optional text setting in Owner Information. QR alerts can also be managed in text alert settings.

Resume alerts

If you replied STOP, reply START to the same sending number. Then confirm your mobile number and SMS consent in your account. You can choose QR scans, found-pet reports, or both.

Missing alerts

Check that your mobile number includes the country code, SMS consent is enabled, and the selected event matches your preference. Repeated events may be suppressed for five minutes. Alerts are available only after the sending service is activated and the number is approved.
